Pam Smith's daily :60 radio feature "Living Well" is one of the longest running radio programs, heard in North America and in several foreign countries. She has been featured on the Today show, CNN News, Lifetime Television, The TV Food Network, MSNBC, CNBC, Fox News, and Focus on the Family. She was also the television host of the High on Health program on the Health Network. In addition, Pam is the recipient of the "Excellence in Media Journalism" and "Young Recognized Dietician" Awards sponsored by Florida's Medical Association.
Her best-selling books include Eat Well-Live Well, Food for Life, Healthy Expectations, The Good Life, Alive and Well in the Fast Lane, Come Cook with Me, The Energy Edge, and The Diet Trap.
